Sean joined the firm following his call to the bar in 2008, and the completion of his articles at Beament Green. He obtained his B.A. from York University’s Glendon College in Toronto with Honours. He graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa’s law school. He is cited in half a dozen legal textbooks, including the 8th edition of Allen Linden's Canadian Tort Law and the 3rd edition of Jamie Benidickson's Environmental Law.. Sean has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. At the administrative level, Sean has assisted clients with hearings before the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB), Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB) and various professional discipline committees. .
