<p>1.                  Municipal staff contacts and links to municipal websites;</p>
<p>2.                  PDF copies of community improvement program policies;</p>
<p>3.                  Geographic extent of the policies;</p>
<p>4.                  High level  summary of the types of incentives offered; and</p>
<p>5.                  Brief descriptions of key financial incentives.</p>
